Shruti Seth the cute VJ and then the benign witch from Star Plus Serial is currently pursuing her luck with magical world and therefore is seen at every party with a hat. Her past appearances have not been awesome either but this HAT fetish is hard to gulp.

Now on that occasion it was okay since the party was in open and it was sunny but at the Oba Club launch Shruti again chose to wear a hat. Or maybe just that you are venturing in the troubled waters like Akshay Khanna.
