The standard of dances and choreography concept is becoming exceptional with every new week only if the concept of the show involved the audience's voting then Dance India Dance would have become a rage by now. The amazing mix of Slasa with Bollywood rhythm and the harmony of fluid body movement with crisp music is setting the stage of Dance India Dance apart from all other dance reality shows.

The dancers are tip toeing to their best and their gurus are gliding them towards success expect one. Geeta Kapur is turning out to be a disappointment her dance routines are mundane and she isn't being impartial either. Mandakini did awesome stunt she was nominated, Jigar the ultimate flexible dancer he was nominated and lastly Sunita left the show saying that she did what her guru taught her to the best. And why is Nonie never ever touched by Geeta for Solo competition. Nonie is not that great after all.

Talent Reality shows are grim when it comes to exits and vote outs but at Dance India Dance its more about losing a real hot stage shaker. Hope these performers actually get a huge opportunity and success. Sunita and Mangesh deserved much more and I again emphasize the point that one man's decision can't be the way of India's Ultimate Dancing Star.

Since the beginning of the show and subsequent coaching of the contestants has been mostly on western style of dancing. Indian folk dances were presented only by Remo's team that is commendable but what about any of Indian Classical Dance form that will be the true test of versatility especially for Khushboo, Alisha, Sunita, Nonie, Prince, Siddesh and Rakhi.

The contestants are magnificent and never has the Indian TV viewers seen this kind of talent. Wonder if this is the level at which the masters and film choreographers can make these kids perform then Bollywood actors and actresses are complete waste. What Jai Nair did today is undoable by Hritik Roshan in a million takes and retakes and the current heart throb Shahid Kapoor cant even imagine coming close to Jigar's signature style.

Dance India Dance is breaking new grounds with every week's performances. This week the sure winner was Varushali Chavan and Jai Kumar Nair with contemporary Afro Jazz. The dance routine was unusual and a rare performance to be seen on TV hats off to both the contestants and Terrence Lewis. Bhavna, Khushboo and Md. Ghause were amazing to watch, it was ballistic chemistry be it of competition or love.

With last week's elimination of Shubho and Kiran the question popping around is how we can give reins to choose India's Best Dancing Star to one person alone. Not doubting the experience and skills of the MahaGuru or Grand Master but it is little unfair. Shubho did fantastic performance and the only contestant to perform with a prop at Dance India Dance. It was new and refreshing. Kiran of course was a bit out of the way but far better than Nonie.
