The international series of Britain's Got talent has finally set its foot in India with India Got Talent starting on 27 June 2009. The show has roped in Kirron Kher, Sonali Bendre and Shekhar Kapoor as the eminent judges.

India Got Talent has a well recognized format and the latest culmination of Britain's Got Talent and Susan Boyle is fresh in the minds of audiences. This might just help the show get an easy recognition. The names associated with the show are also distinguished in their respective fields. And Sonali Bendre has hands on experience at handling reality talent shows as she did in Indian Idol 4. Kirron Kher is known for her cinema as well as theater work, she must have an eye for spotting a talent. As for Shekhar Kapoor the more one says about the talented film maker the less. So all in all the judge's panel is all set and its now time for all varied talents to be show cased in India Got Talent.

There has been a rigorous auditioning for India Got Talent across the nation for an extended period of time this goes on to prove that the show didn't come up as a drawing room concept like few other talent reality shows which are highlighting talents of their half drunk cooks and gardeners. A lot is expected for India Got Talent since there isn't any demarcation, any talent worth entertaining has a shot at winning the title.

India Got Talent has roped in some serious names in Film Industry known for their knack in spotting talent... Let's hope that talent in India lives up to the hoopla!
