Perfect Bride 13 September - Same Old Saas Bahu Drama in a New Reality Show Wrapper

Perfect Bride is complete fake from the word go, the promos itself sounded red signal but prudence said wait till the debut of the show and yes skepticism wins. The show is meant to woo same audiences who are awestruck with saas bahu and rona dhona saga.

Star Plus wanted to keep pace with other channels full of suman.jpgreality shows different than singing talent and celebrity dance shows thus launched The Perfect Bride which is nothing but fake reality show. All the ten girls are different than each other and represent different strata of society. The five Kuwars also hail from five different parts of India and are accompanied by their mothers. The boys are looking for a life partner and mothers of The Perfect Bride.


Shekhar Suman, Amrita Rao, Vishal Malhotra and Megha are the bride_logo.jpgnames associated with the show. Its quite strange that never married girl Amrita Rao is appointed as a mentor for the girls while they make the choice of choosing the right man. The Perfect Bride is not at all like a reality show, it seems like any other regular soap opera with oozing make up and tacky clothes.


Star Plus is panting while trying to catch up with soaring TRPs of other channel due to their reality shows thus leading to fake reality kindda show Perfect Bride!
